Earlier this year a pair of longtime Cayuga County auto dealerships were sold.
Now a third sale took place.
Tradition Automotive Group purchased Concord Ford. That dealership has operated for decades in Wayne County.
One of the owners of Concord, Rick Familo, died in 2019, which prompted the sale.
“We had heard that Rick passed away and we just inquired,” said Dario Hodge, who said negotiations for the dealership’s sale started in 2019 but slowed down in 2020 when COVID-19 hit, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
“We’re always looking to expand,” Hodge added. They noted that some remodeling will take place, but that the quality of service will be maintained.
