Buffalo woman charged with DWI after stop in Seneca Falls

Police say a 48-year-old Buffalo resident was taken into custody on a DWI charge after a traffic stop on Rt. 414.

It happened on March 5 around 10:40 p.m., according to police, who say that Colleen Mcgregor was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, and a number of other vehicle and traffic infractions.

The arrest occurred after a roadside investigation along Rt. 414 after the stop.

Mcgregor was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
