Deputies report the arrest of a Penn Yan woman following a property damage crash in the village of Manchester.
Brianna McMinn, 21, of Penn Yan is accused of striking a house and multiple parked vehicles in her car on Lehigh Avenue.
The incident happened on Wednesday around 4:30 p.m., according to deputies, who say that she was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs. She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Deputies say McMinn faces a number of other vehicle and traffic violations.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
