Pedestrian on skateboard struck by vehicle in Seneca Falls

Police say they investigated a personal injury crash involving a pedestrian in the town of Seneca Falls on Cayuga St.

It happened on Wednesday around 10:30 p.m. when a juvenile on a skateboard entered the roadway on Cayuga St., failing to yield the right of way to a vehicle.

That vehicle was operated by 19-year-old Edwin Laboy. Police say both the driver and the pedestrian did not require treatment at the hospital.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

The Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Seneca Falls Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance.
