Deputies say a 28-year-old is in custody after an investigation into a domestic incident.
Tamila Jackson-Kemp, 28, of Canandaigua was charged with felony criminal contempt, felony aggravated family offense, and stalking.
The charges stem from Jackson-Kemp sending text messages – repeatedly – to a person who was actively protected by a court order.
She was transported to the Wayne County Jail for processing. The charges will be answered at a later date.
