Neighbors in the town of Sodus came together to take advantage o the recent snow. The community helped with donating masks, food, water, and plowing for parking at the site.
The hill was groomed by the Lakeshore Snowmobile Club to keep it in tip-top shape.
Sledding tubes were even donated so that those who didn’t have a sled could participate.
It was wildly popular, with photos and stories popping up on social media all weekend about its success.
The Sodus Center Fire Department helped move sledders up the hill using their off-road Polaris.
