Police say a Seneca Falls man faces a number of charges including two counts of rape after an investigation that started in January.
Bryndyn Neel, 31, of Seneca Falls is accused of forcibly engaging in non-consensual sex with a woman under the age of 17.
At conclusion of the investigation Neel was charged with first-degree rape, third-degree rape, unlawful imprisonment, reckless endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say all of the charges will be answered at a later date.
