Police say one person was hurt and another charged after a disturbance call at a local business.
The incident happened at a business on South Main St., where deputies said James Hawkins, 33, of Canandaigua was arrested for harassment.
Responding officers say that Hawkins kicked another person in the head causing injury to the facial area during a dispute.
He was arrested and held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
