Police in Canandaigua say two people are in custody after a shots fired investigation that began with an incident on October 28, 2020.
Michael Delgago, 24, and Donavan Paddock, 21, both of Manchester were arrested. Police said in a press release that Delgado was charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon. Paddock was charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
All of the charges related to the incident are felonies, according to police.
It’s alleged that during an altercation at an apartment complex Delgado fired a gun at another person several times.
The complex was located on Jefferson Ave. Police said that no one was struck by the gunfire, but also noted that everyone fled the scene before law enforcement arrival.
Both Delgado and Paddock were transported to the Ontario County Jail. Additional charges are pending and the investigation remains active, according to police.
