The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Palmyra man following an investigation into a family trouble call.
On Tuesday around 10 p.m. deputies arrested Theodore Adriaansen, 28, of Palmyra. He was charged with harassments and criminal mischief after intentionally breaking a person’s cell phone and slapping them in the face.
He was taken into custody without incident and brought to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
