A portion of State Route 14 in the town of Torrey was shut down for several Horus after a crash during the morning hours on Tuesday.
The accident involved a tractor-trailer and pickup truck, according to first responders who say the closure lasted for approximately four hours at Leach Rd.
Martinez Morel, 36, who was operating the tractor-trailer, was said to be traveling north when he struck a pickup truck that was trying to turn left onto Leach Rd.
Both vehicles wound up in the ditch, as result of the impact. The driver of the pickup was identified as Jason Radcliff, 48, of Dundee. He was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital, while two of his passengers were sent to Geneva General.
Morel was ticketed for unsafe passing and operating out of class.
