What happened with the individuals who were taken into custody after violence along Rt. 89 in Seneca Falls last winter? It happened on Cayuga Nation property, and Cayuga Nation Police took individuals into custody – at least temporarily. Legal representatives of the Nation alleged that individuals were arrested, and charges were forthcoming. However, new developments in that investigation reveal that this wasn’t the case. In fact, to date not a single person has been arrested or charged after the violent brawl that followed a press conference last February.
