Police in the village of Bath say a 33-year-old was charged on Wednesday after an attack at a local home.
Mackenzie Ellis, 33, of Bath was charged with first-degree rape, which is a felony count.
“Without getting into a lot of details, Ellis had non-consensual sex with the adult female victim,” Bath Village Police Chief Chad Mullen told The Evening Tribune. “There was a prior relationship between the accused and the victim.”
He was arraigned and held on $10,000 cash bail.
