Geneva man charged after forcibly breaking into family’s home in Waterloo

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on February 3 at approximately 10:30 p.m., deputies and investigators responded to a call in the Town of Waterloo for a male who forcibly broke into a residence.

As result of the investigation deputies say a Geneva man was taken into custody.

Trevon G Clark, 23, of Geneva is accused of unlawfully entering the residence and while inside engaging in physical altercations with its residents.

Deputies said there was a female victim and a male victim, as well as two young children inside at the time of the incident.

Clark was charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arraigned at Seneca County CAP Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash bail or $500 secured bond.

Orders of Protections were issued on behalf of the victims.
