Dr. Robert Mayo, CMO Rochester Regional Health tells News10NBC that he can’t put his finger on it either. “You know I can’t say I know exactly why that is. And we have been scratching our heads over that as well,” he said. “We want the public to know that our workforce is very committed to being part of the solution.”
