Police say a Geneva woman was arrested twice on charges related to separate incident in the city of Canandaigua.
On January 21 around 8 p.m. Elaine Mulheron, 55, of Geneva was charged with aggravated criminal contempt after a disturbance call on Bristol St. Pursuant to investigation it was determined that she got into a physical altercation with another person who is protected by a court order.
She was subsequently arrested and issued an appearance ticket.
Police say Mulheron was also arrested for a disturbance that occurred on January 13th. That’s when she made contact with a person via text messages and voice calls who was protected by a court order.
