Bills to pick 30th overall in the 2021 NFL Draft

After a 13-3 regular season, an AFC East title and a trip to the AFC Championship game, the Bills will have the 30th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

This is the lowest spot the Bills have picked in the first round of the draft. Their previous lowest pick in the first round was 28th. Buffalo has picked at that spot three different times drafting center Eric Wood in 2009, defensive back Thomas Smith in 1993 and running back Booker Moore in 1981.

Buffalo traded their first round pick (22nd overall) to the Minnesota Vikings last season in order to acquire wide receiver Stefon Diggs. Their last pick in the top 32 was in 2019 when they drafted defensive lineman Ed Oliver with the ninth overall pick.

In the AFC East, the Jets will have the second and 23rd picks, Miami will draft third and 18th, New England will pick 15th.

The 2021 NFL Draft is set to take place on Thursday, April 29 through Saturday, May 1 in Cleveland, Ohio.
