The Bath man accused of killing his 38-year-old girlfriend on January 15 in their home may have done it hours, or days before police arrived.
Investigators say Roberta Parry was pronounced dead on January 15. That’s the same day that Ricky Louis Brooks, 55, of Bath was charged with second-degree murder.
He called police to report that Parry was injured inside of their home. She was dead, and now, investigators say it could have happened up to two days before he called 911.
Brooks is said to have told investigators he had a ‘violent interaction’ with the victim, according to The Evening Tribune. He entered a not guilty plea on January 15.
