New York State Police say a 55-year-old man has been charged with murder after his girlfriend was found dead in the town of Bath.
It was a suspicious death investigation over the weekend. Police were called to a home on North Main Street in Bath.
Troopers added that 38-year-old Roberta Parry was found dead inside the home she shared with Ricky Brooks, 55, of Bath.
The 55-year-old faces a second-degree murder charge. The investigation remains active at this time.
