Police: Felony charge for Geneva man after domestic incident

A Geneva man is facing a felony charge after an incident in the city.

Police say Daniel Dorobiala, 32, of Geneva was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, following a dispute.

He was initially arrested for second-degree criminal contempt. However, due to a conviction in the last five years, the charge was elevated to the felony count.

He was held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment. The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
