The Ontario County man who escaped the Willard Drug Treatment Facility in Seneca County during the fall has been charged.
Kevin Witt, 29, was charged with first-degree escape, which is a Class D felony.
He escaped the facility on November 9th, while on a work detail outside the secure area of Willard. Four days later he was taken into custody.
Witt was incarcerated at Willard as part of a parole supervision sentence following a criminal mischief conviction earlier in 2020.
State police say parolee who went missing was located in Cayuga County
