Sheriff Barry Virts says a 40-year-old Solvay driver had a BAC more than three-times the legal limit during a crash that happened on Route 14 in Sodus last fall.
It happened on September 18th, according to a press release. Angela Kadlubowski, 40, of Solvay was arrested after turning herself in to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
It’s alleged that Kadlubowski crashed her vehicle and was airlifted from the scene. She was found to be in an intoxicated condition, and tested having a BAC of 0.30%. Her license was also suspended, according to deputies.
Kadlubowski was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation, aggravated DWI, open container, and unsafe lane change. The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
