The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 45-year-old after a traffic stop on North Main Street.
Police say Duane Paquin, 45, of Canandaigua was charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop for operating a vehicle without headlights.
He was charged following a roadside investigation.
The DWI charge will be answered at a later date in local court.
