A toddler was uninjured thanks to the quick action of a Good Samaritan in Clyde after being found walking down a public street alone.
Deputies responded to the area of Sodus Street in the village of Clyde after a toddler was found walking down the street alone.
When deputies arrived on-scene – they located the three-year-old child who was being cared for by a citizen.
Deputies were able to locate the child’s parents, who said the child exited their home without their knowledge.
Kamea Thebert, 39, and Timothy Thebert, 37, both of Clyde was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and released.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
