The COVID-19 outbreak at the Huntington Living Center has worsened with five new deaths reported at the facility on Tuesday.
The news was released in Seneca County’s situational update for Tuesday, December 22nd as the Health Department reported six total new deaths.
They confirmed that the deaths were connected to the outbreak at Huntington.
Last week, first responders from around Seneca County gathered with emergency vehicles and lights to show support for the workers and residents at the facility, which have been battered by COVID-19.
At this point there are 179 active cases in Seneca County.
