Police say a Canandaigua man was taken into custody on a forcible touching charge after an investigation into a physical incident.
On December 4th police arrested Jaymee Gage-Flook, 36, of Canandaigua for forcible touching.
Officers were called to a disturbance, which prompted an investigation.
Investigators say Gage-Flook forcible grabbed the victim’s genital area without consent. He was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.
