Three now facing charges after violent home invasion in September

The Hornell Police Department reports additional arrests following an investigation into a robbery and shots fired in September.

Jametris Jordan, 19, of Bath had been charged with first-degree robbery, two counts of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal use of a firearm, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of second-degree assault, third-degree grand larceny, two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, and two other misdemeanors.

Altogether, Jordan faced 11 felony charges connected to the incident, where he was accused of acting with two other suspects breaking into a Rockwell Street home on September 16th.

Police say a car was also stolen in the incident, and that the victim had been assaulted.

An unnamed 15-year-old was involved in the burglary, too.

This week though, two new arrests were reported by police in Hornell. They say Patricia Green, 37, and James Jordan, 49, were both arrested on a number of charges including burglary, robbery, tampering with physical evidence, and criminal possession of a weapon.
