Governor Andrew Cuomo brushed back allegations that he sexually harassed a former female staffer.
The allegation was put forward over the weekend by former aide Lindsey Boylan, who is now running for elected office in Manhattan.
She alleges that the harassment lasted years.
“It’s not true,” Cuomo said during his press briefing on Monday. “Look, I fought for and believe that a woman has the right to come forward and express her opinion and concerns. She has, but it’s just not true.”
He also denied the allegation that he commented on her looks at any point during her tenure.
