The Geneva Police Department reports the arrest of a 21-year-old Waterloo resident on felony drug charges after a traffic stop.
Police say Daniel Lerch, 21, of Waterloo was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, and driving while intoxicated.
Police say Lerch was operating a vehicle while under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.
He was also found to be in possession of a hallucinogenic substance weighing over five grams and had over 16 ounces of marijuana in his possession.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
