Bills, Josh Allen overcome slow start and roll past Steelers 26-15 (full coverage)

Shaking off their worst period of sustained play since their one-sided loss to the Tennessee Titans two months ago, the Buffalo Bills recovered in a most impressive way Sunday night.

After looking grisly on offense – and we’re talking circa 2018 offense – for most of the first half against a tremendous Steelers defense, the Bills were energized by a game-changing play from their defense and used that sudden momentum swing to roll to a 26-15 victory over Pittsburgh in front of a national TV audience in empty Bills Stadium.

GAME PREVIEW:

The Bills will host the Steelers in a much anticipated Sunday Night Football matchup this week. It will be Buffalo’s second straight primetime game and their second of three this month. It’s a game in which those deciding the schedule knew would be too big for a Sunday 1:00 p.m. slot in Week 14, and they got it right as both teams lead their divisions. It’s a revenge game for the Steelers as they try to turn it around from their Week 15 primetime loss in 2019 against the Bills.
