The Penn Yan Central School district took to Facebook late-Tuesday to announce that their capital project passed overwhelmingly.
The $28.8 million project passed by a vote of 306-110.
Facility upgrades at all three schools, as well as work to a maintenance building are focus points of the project.
Around $5 million in reserves will be used for the effort.
