New York State Police say a Catlin man faces two serious felony charges after an investigation involving a local sheriff’s office and child protective services.
Police arrested Andrew Kelly, 33, of Catlin for first-degree assault and second-degree assault.
Both of the charges are felonies and stem from an incident that troopers did not provide additional details on.
Troopres say he was arraigned on the charges and held at the Chemung County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office and Schuyler County Child Protective Services were involved in the investigation.
