The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Florida man following a complaint of a vehicle operating erratically in the town of Marion on Monday.
Around 4:45 p.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop and found the vehicle to be occupied and operated by Rosendo Romero, 39, of Sebring, Florida.
Deputies say investigation determined that Romero had a BAC of 0.30%. He was charged with aggravated DWI, open container, and failure to keep right.
He was released on traffic tickets to appear at a later date.
