Police say charges have been filed following a crash investigation that began on November 15th around 7:30 p.m.
It happened on Davison Avenue when Justin Hamblin, 33, of Canandaigua caused a single-car crash.
He was found to be intoxicated and charged with felony DWI. Police say Hamblin had a previous DWI conviction, which resulted in a felony charge.
He’ll answer the charges at a later date in local court.
