The Ithaca Police Department has taken the report of a male subject seen on the porch of a residence exposing himself while looking at a female resident through a window.
When the subject was confronted by the resident he ran northbound from the residence. The description of the subject is limited, but is as follows: White male, middle aged, wearing florescent colored underwear.
The Ithaca Police are asking that if any residents in the area may have surveillance footage of the subject or have seen or experienced any similar circumstances recently to call and make a report with IPD.
