Watkins Glen man stole $50,000 from employer

The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 46-year-old Watkins Glen resident following an investigation into $50,000 that was stolen from a local business.

Louis A. Latorre, 46, was charged with second-degree grand larceny, which is a Class C felony.

He’s accused of stealing over $50,000 from Watkins Glen Supply, a business located on Route 14 in the town of Dix.
