Josh Norman says he’s doing ‘just fine’ after Covid-19 diagnosis

Buffalo Bills cornerback Josh Norman said Sunday in a video posted to social media that he’s doing “just fine” after testing positive for Covid-19.

“I’m sending this video because I want you to know I’m doing just fine,” Norman said in the video, thanking fans for their support. “Actually better than fine. I think it’s just a formality we have to go through when you’re going through protocol. … I definitely want to say for the people who are actually going through this in a much more severe way, my heart goes out to y’all. It really, truly does.

“People have lost their jobs over this, they’re at a loss financially over this and definitely their lives, so man, I’m praying for everyone right now, not only in this country, but in this world, that we can go through something like this and we can be better from it. But I also thank you all for your support, for sure.”

The Bills placed Norman on the NFL’s reserve/Covid-19 list Saturday. The team also placed tight end Tyler Kroft, cornerback Levi Wallace and safety Dean Marlowe on this list, because they were deemed to have had close contact with Norman.
