Deputies say a Rochester man was charged with stalking another person in Seneca County.
On November 11th at 11:50 p.m. deputies were called to the area of State Route 332 for the report of a vehicle chasing another vehicle recklessly.
Upon arrival deputies found the suspect, identified as Isais Castillo, 25, of Rochester operating his vehicle in a dangerous and reckless manner, causing the victim to believe they were in danger.
Castillo is a known party to the victim and also was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended license.
He was taken into custody for third-degree stalking and issued a number of traffic tickets.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail and a stay away order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
