The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of two men following an armed robbery that happened last month.
Trevaughn Morgan, 29, and Rucianno O’Malley, 21, were both charged with robbery, burglary, conspiracy, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say the two drove from Rochester to a home in the village of Penn Yan on October 13th with the intent of stealing money and drugs.
Morgan is accused of displaying a gun and threatening to use it against the residents inside. He was arraigned and remanded to jail without bail.
O’Malley was held on $50,000 cash bail.
The investigation remains active, and another person is believed to be involved. However, that person hasn’t been located yet.
