The Dutch Kuntry Store on Route 230 in Dundee was cited by Yates County after failing to follow the state’s guidelines for operation during the pandemic.
Isaac Zimmerman was cited by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, according to Finger Lakes News Radio.
The citation came after employees at the store continued to interact with customers without facial coverings.
Sheriff Ron Spike told Finger Lakes News Radio that counseling and warnings had been issued on multiple occasions to the store by both deputies and code enforcement.
Now the matter will held to local court.
