New York State Police say one person died in a fatal crash in the area of Kelsey and Powers roads in Clyde.
Louis Morris Jr., 69, was killed in the accident, which happened around 5:40 a.m., according to state police.
Troopers said that Morris overcorrected, traveling off the north shoulder of the road. It caused his vehicle to flip.
Morris was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation remains active.
