The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 28-year-old following a crash at a drive through at a local business.
Cody Ostrander, 28, of Canandaigua was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, driving while ability impaired by drugs with a prior conviction, criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Police say Ostrander was driving while intoxicated and had a child under 15 in the vehicle with him at the time. He didn’t have a valid license due to a previous DWAI conviction, and was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
A number of appearance tickets were issued following the incident. No update was provided on injuries, or where the crash occurred.
