Police say a 39-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested after performing a welfare check on a 10-year-old.
A third-party had called officers and requested that a check be conducted. Following investigation it was determined that a domestic dispute occurred, during which Jason Hopf, 39, of Seneca Falls made threats to kill another adult person.
He subjected that person to unwanted physical contact, which resulted in a window getting broken.
Hopf was charged with criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, and two counts of harassment. The charges will be answered at a later date.
