The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of a 36-year-old following an investigation into alleged harassment.
Cristian Cardona, 36, of Penn Yan was charged with second-degree harassment.
He’s accused of subjecting a person to unwanted physical contact.
No additional information about the incident was released. Cardona will answer the charges at a later date.
