Deputies: Palmyra woman was unable to care for her child while on narcotics

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Palmyra woman following a domestic incident.

Lindsey Tiberio, 31, of Palmyra was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child after deputies responded to her residence finding that she was unable to properly care for her 13-year-old son.

At the time of the incident, Tiberio was under the influence of narcotics, according to deputies.

She was processed and will answer the charges at a later date.
