An Auburn man was sentenced after pleading guilty in August to a felony count of sexual conduct against a child.
Sentencing happened this week in Cayuga County after Joseph Woodman, 33, admitted to sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl multiple times over a span of three years.
The abuse lasted three years beginning in 2014.
Woodman was sentenced to seven years in prison and another 10 years of post-release supervision, according to The Citizen.
