Transportation officials reported a personal injury crash involving multiple vehicles between exits 43 and 44 on the New York State Thruway.
Part of the eastbound lanes were blocked, according to the alert, which went out around 5 p.m. on Saturday
Scanner traffic indicated that there were upwards of six patients who were transported to area hospitals. Four ambulances were requested to the scene.
State Troopers did not confirm any information or release any update as of 6 a.m. on Sunday.
Manchester Fire Department and the Victor-Farmington Ambulance company were first on-scene around mile marker 342.
