Earlier this week President Donald Trump said discussions were being called off for a second stimulus package. This as Democrats and Republicans argued over specifics of an expansive bill.
However, within hours of calling off talks publicly, President Trump said he’d be open to signing a bill that exclusively put money in the hands of Americans who were struggling during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
At this point, many are hopeful that Congress and the White House will come up with another round of PPP loans, an extension of unemployment benefits, and most-importantly – another shot of stimulus.
The bottom line is that right now, Democrats say they are unwilling to pass individual bills, if a full-package of relief is not included.
