The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the investigation of a domestic incident that happened in the town of Lyons on Thursday.
It was reported around 7:45 a.m., according to deputies, who say that Christian Morrill, 21, of Arcadia was charged with felony criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing, and harassment.
Deputies say there was an active court order at the time of the incident, which prevented him from having contact with the female victim.
She was pushed to the ground, and choked by Morrill during the incident.
Deputies say he was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
