The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Williamson man following an investigation into a domestic incident that happened in June.
Deputies arrested Terrance Barber, 32, of Williamson for criminal obstruction of breathing, petit larceny, criminal mischief, and harassment.
He’s accused of choking a female victim after kicking in her door – and stealing a cell phone.
Barber was arrested and arraigned. The charges will be answered at a later date.
